Senior Data Analyst

About the Role

Due to an increase in workload, we are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst to support a major project within the Infrastructure Development department. The role focuses on developing dashboards and performing in-depth data analyses that provide actionable insights to optimize logistical processes. You will work closely with a small, skilled data analysis team (two members) and collaborate with Logistic Process Engineers, who will provide well-defined assignments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor project performance and logistics-related KPIs.

• Perform advanced data analyses to uncover patterns, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Logistic Process Engineers and project stakeholders to define analysis requirements and identify high-impact areas.

• Assess the impact of changes in logistical processes on warehouse stock levels and output.

• Present insights in a clear, convincing manner, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of relevant data analysis experience, ideally within logistics or supply chain environments.

• Deep proficiency with SQL, Tableau, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Excel—you use them as second nature.

• Strong analytical ability to identify hidden patterns and dependencies in large data sets.

• Ability to seamlessly shift between high-level abstraction and deep-dive analysis.

• Excellent communication skills, with proven experience in presenting complex insights in a clear and structured way.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git, dbt, and Visual Studio Code.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex topics into practical components.

• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely in small teams and alongside stakeholders.
