Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Data Engineer in our Mortgages domain, you will:

Configure and integrate new data sources.
-
Implement robust data quality rules.
-
Monitor system performance and resolve incidents.
-
Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using monitoring, testing, and alerting tools.

Ensure compliance with IT-Risk and Security Standards for the banking industry.

Automate and execute test cases to maintain system integrity.
Skills & Experience You Bring

Excellent communicator in English (verbal, written, and presentation).

5+ years of experience in data engineering, data quality, and data integration techniques.

Hands-on expertise with:

Microsoft SQL Server (RDBMS, SQL, T-SQL)

Data logic programming in C# and/or Python
-
PowerShell scripting
-
File handling and transfer (XFB)
-
Data modeling (relational and physical)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.

Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of incident and problem management.
