Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Data Engineer in our Mortgages domain, you will:

• Configure and integrate new data sources.

• Implement robust data quality rules.

• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents.

• Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using monitoring, testing, and alerting tools.

• Ensure compliance with IT-Risk and Security Standards for the banking industry.

• Automate and execute test cases to maintain system integrity.

Skills & Experience You Bring

• Excellent communicator in English (verbal, written, and presentation).

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data quality, and data integration techniques.

• Hands-on expertise with:

  • Microsoft SQL Server (RDBMS, SQL, T-SQL)

  • Data logic programming in C# and/or Python

  • PowerShell scripting

  • File handling and transfer (XFB)

  • Data modeling (relational and physical)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of incident and problem management.
