IT Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Project Manager to join one of our client's team. You will play a key role in driving integration and migration projects that support our new platform strategy. This includes guiding internal teams through cloud transitions, implementing new on-premise platforms and tools, and delivering continuous process improvements.

As part of a team of project managers, you will lead initiatives across technical domains, ensuring timely and effective delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; create actionable project plans.
• Build and coordinate internal teams to execute migration and integration initiatives.
• Lead brainstorming, planning, and task distribution sessions.
• Monitor progress with regular team check-ins and adapt plans as needed.
• Provide updates, guidance, and support to internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with external parties to ensure deadlines and agreements are met.
• Ensure project outcomes are delivered as agreed or transparently manage expectations when changes arise.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on change and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to quickly grasp complex data and workflows.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-player mindset.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• High level of organizational awareness and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Experience:

• Migration projects to Cloud/SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with technical tools and platforms used across enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives in a CTO or technical leadership setting.
