As part of this broader change initiative, multiple credit and regulatory policy updates are being introduced, particularly in the areas of problem loan and collateral management. These changes include adjustments related to regulatory frameworks such as Basel IV and CRR3.
We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert who can provide structure, oversight, and leadership during this critical change period.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating efforts across teams to identify and clarify the implications of the updated policies

Prioritizing work based on regulatory impact, including RWA (Risk-Weighted Asset) considerations

Taking a leading role in analyzing policy changes and translating them into actionable workflow updates

Managing the delivery of key initiatives and collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and IT implementation
