Our client is seeking an experienced IT DevOps Engineer to join the Order Manager team, part of their Payment and Settlement Services division.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Ops Engineer , you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of key internet-facing systems that support a wide range of commercial banking services. The Order Manager platform spans various wholesale banking and financial market products, with high standards for stability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and support all environments of the Order Manager platform using automation and proactive testing.
Analyze database and application performance and make optimization recommendations.
Continuously improve monitoring and alerting systems toward preventive solutions.
Ensure data privacy and security compliance at all levels.
Respond to incidents and participate in a shared standby rotation.
Provide tools and suggestions that reduce development lead time and support DevOps efficiency.

You'll be part of a fast-paced, Agile-driven environment with a high-performance culture. The team operates using Agile practices and emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and proactive improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (eg, IT, Computer Science).
Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in international environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Linux OS fundamentals and virtualization.
Practical experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Maven, Ansible .
Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus and dashboarding.
Scripting experience (eg, Bash, Unix shell ).
Solid knowledge of Tibco products (specifically Tibco BW 5x, WTX, EMS ) – must-have .
Knowledge of Oracle or other relational databases is a strong advantage.
Basic familiarity with test automation tools , including Parasoft , is a plus.
Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team structures.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Flexibility for 24x7 production support and being on standby outside regular hours.
Affinity with risk and compliance processes.

Additional Notes:

Tibco experience is critical and non-negotiable for this position.
While payments experience is optional , the team is ideally seeking someone with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles with a strong technical foundation.
