Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Delivery Manager to drive the successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives within Cboe Clear Europe. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination and communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment involving multiple delivery teams and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consolidated delivery roadmap for multi-domain programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies across several delivery teams and business domains.
- Identify and resolve gaps in requirements, scope, or prioritization by facilitating focused discussions with stakeholders and product owners.
- Track and manage risks, issues, and impediments impacting delivery timelines; proactively drive resolution through collaboration with relevant teams.
- Monitor execution progress and ensure transparency through regular reporting, dashboards, and governance updates.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business, technology, operations, and external vendors.
- Champion best practices in Agile delivery, project governance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Project Manager in a complex financial services or fintech environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Excellent understanding of clearing and settlement systems, ideally within a CCP or trading/market infrastructure environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Track record of driving clarity in ambiguous environments and influencing stakeholders to resolve competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of clearing of cash equities, derivatives, and/or ETFs.
- Experience with regulatory change programs or market infrastructure transformation initiatives.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) is a plus.
