Job Summary

The Experience Measurement team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to:

• Support critical data migration initiatives
  
  
• Drive analysis and visualization for core partner and traveler surveys
  
  
• Contribute to strategic research efforts that inform Leadership, Product, and Strategy teams
  
  

Senior Data Analysts are craft leaders within their domain. They own reporting, analytics, and data workflows, with a focus on scalable, reproducible, and long-term solutions. They proactively identify opportunities to apply new methods and collaborate closely with stakeholders and peers, while upholding data quality and modeling excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with large-scale survey and behavioral data assets
  
  
• Deliver impactful visualizations in Tableau, integrated with Snowflake
  
  
• Design and maintain ETL workflows to support data visualization
  
  
• Apply descriptive statistics within scope to support reporting
  
  
• Ensure scalability, reproducibility, and long-term orientation of analytics solutions
  
  
• Collaborate across teams and embrace open feedback loops
  
  
• Spot and act on opportunities to apply new technical approaches
  
  
• Participate in data governance, including asset creation and classification
  
  
• Create structured, digestible datasets from raw events (c360) in connection with survey data (Quest)
  
  
• Build scripts or workflows that connect survey, behavioral, and experimental data sources
  
  

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert-level Tableau (including performance optimization and Snowflake integration)
  
  
• Airflow experience for orchestrating data workflows
  
  
• Proven ability in designing and maintaining efficient data models and pipelines
  
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL & Python
  
  
• Solid understanding of big data ecosystems
  
  
• Experience using GitLab
  
  
• Familiarity with survey data complexities for visualization purposes
  
  
• Experience with Qualtrics and working with experimentation data
  
  
• Strong team collaboration skills and openness to feedback
