Senior Fullstack Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on developer with a passion for solving complex challenges, an eye for detail, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. This role is not a managerial or team lead position; instead, it focuses on hands-on programming, application management, and ensuring code quality and resilience within an agile team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development & Programming:

   • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in GOLang and TypeScript.

   • Build, test, and deploy robust applications, ensuring resilience and stability.

   • Create and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.

2. Kubernetes & Application Management:

   • Leverage extensive knowledge of Kubernetes API and resource management to act as a bridge between Kubernetes infrastructure and applications.

   • Focus on resilience and stability of systems while managing Kubernetes-based environments.

3. Technology Integration:

   • Manage and use tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, npm, Skaffold, Helm, and others to support the development process.

   • Implement and manage technologies such as Redis and MinIO.

   • Provide hands-on programming and management support for applications.

4. Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration:

   • Set a strong example for others in the team through approach, code quality, and documentation.

   • Contribute to an agile team by including diverse perspectives and ideas in your work.

5. Security and Innovation:

   • Apply basic IT security knowledge to ensure the safety and compliance of applications.

   • Stay updated on new technologies and apply them to improve development processes and solutions.

6. Additional Expertise:

   • Knowledge of and experience with MarkLogic is an absolute advantage.

   • Familiarity with financial concepts is a plus.

Key Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise:

   • Strong analytical skills, preferably supported by formal training in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.

   • Fluent in several programming languages, with expertise in GOLang and TypeScript.

   • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Redis, and MinIO.

2. Soft Skills:
