Position
As a People Success Partner, you’ll play the role of a strategic advisor to SYSTEMIQ’s global team. You’ll bring empathy and a strategic view to support our Associates in thriving sustainably — especially as we grow across geographies. This Amsterdam-based role offers global exposure and impact, working across our offices in Europe, the UK, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
🤝 Partner with Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to Partners, Directors and Development Managers on people strategy, performance and team effectiveness.
- Coach leaders on individual and team challenges, with a focus on high performance and wellbeing.
- Support organisational design conversations, helping leaders structure for scale and impact.
📊 Lead People Processes with Impact
- Co-design and deliver global initiatives such as performance reviews, engagement surveys and feedback loops — always aiming for clarity, consistency, fairness and actionability.
- Use data insights (e.g., engagement scores, performance trends) to propose people strategies, spot patterns and drive continuous improvement.
🌍 Navigate Complexity
- Lead employee relations cases (e.g., performance management, long-term absence) across jurisdictions like Germany, France, the Netherlands and the UK — balancing compliance with empathy.
- Help embed consistent, people-first practices across diverse legal and cultural contexts.
🧠 Contribute to Strategic Projects
- Pilot and scale initiatives that enhance our talent development approach, leadership capability and employee experience.
What We’re Looking For
🎯 Essentials
- Demonstrable experience in a people advisory role, ideally in international, high-performing organisations (consulting or mission-driven sectors a plus).
- Strong working knowledge of employment practices in at least two of: Germany, France, Netherlands, UK.
- Credible with senior stakeholders and comfortable in advisory and coaching roles.
- Data-literate — you use evidence to shape your thinking and inform decisions.
- Proactive, adaptable and thrives in ambiguity.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
