Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Critical Raw Materials (CRM)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead initiatives surrounding the sustainable sourcing and supply chain management of critical raw materials. You will collaborate with industry leaders, government officials, and NGOs to address sustainability challenges in the raw materials sector, focusing particularly on CRM's pivotal role in technologies like renewable energy, electric vehicles, and digitalization. The role involves strategic project leadership, stakeholder management, and providing insights into market and supply chain risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex CRM-related projects that address supply chain sustainability, resource efficiency, and circularity.
  • Collaborate with cross-sector stakeholders to design and implement sustainable material sourcing solutions.
  • Conduct supply chain and market risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies for CRM.
  • Provide expertise on CRM policies, regulations, and their impact on various industries.
  • Track and analyze global market trends for critical raw materials, offering insights that help drive decision-making for clients.
  • Build relationships with clients and partners to co-create scalable, system-level solutions in CRM.
  • Manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the successful completion of objectives.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on critical raw materials or relevant sustainability fields.
  • Strong understanding of CRM supply chains, market risks, and policy frameworks (e.g., rare earth elements, lithium, cobalt).
  • Experience in strategic consulting or a demonstrated ability to work with strategic consulting methodologies preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze and present data on raw materials and supply chain sustainability
