Job Description:
Sweet Security is looking for a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to help define and scale our partnerships strategy across cloud providers, technology partners, and the broader ecosystem. You'll play a central role in shaping joint product strategies, driving integrations, and building scalable Go-To-Market motions with partners.
Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product partnerships / strategic partnerships from the cybersecurity industry
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working on joint product strategies, integrations, and partner-led GTM
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven ability to drive business impact (revenue, pipeline, or adoption) through partnerships
- Experience managing partner performance and optimizing based on data
Job responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with Sweet Security's strategic vision and customer needs across cloud, security, and technology ecosystems
- Lead relationships with key cloud and technology partners
- Drive joint product initiatives, integrations, and partner solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to align partnerships with the roadmap
- Own the full partner lifecycle (from onboarding to growth and optimization)
- Track and optimize partner performance to maximize impact and ROI
Product Innovation
- Stay informed about market trends, the evolving cloud security landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new product and partnership opportunities
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver product capabilities that enable partners to build valuable joint solutions for customers
- Translate partnership goals into clear product requirements and guide integrations from scoping through launch and adoption
