Job Description
Sweet Security is looking for a technically strong Product Manager to lead the development of our cloud security platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that address complex security challenges in the cloud.
We’re looking for someone with a deep technical background and hands-on experience in cybersecurity. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical products.

Strong technical background (engineering or hands-on product experience) with the ability to engage deeply with development teams.

Must have experience in cybersecurity and a solid understanding of security practices, tools, and frameworks.

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and a strong understanding of container orchestration concepts and platforms (especially Kubernetes); direct background in cloud security is a strong plus.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic start-up environment with a hands-on approach.

Own the product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap through execution and release.

Translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements and user stories.

Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Conduct customer and market research to identify gaps, validate ideas, and inform product strategy.

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and enable go-to-market success.

Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve customer value.
