Your Role
We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our New York team. You’ll be the trusted partner for our brands in the U.S., ensuring they’re successful, satisfied, and scaling with Swap. From onboarding and adoption to renewals and upsells, you’ll own the client relationship end-to-end
This is a hybrid role based in New York, with three in-office days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Own relationships – Be the go-to advisor for merchants, building trust and long-term partnerships.
- Drive adoption – Help clients maximise Swap’s platform and see real, measurable ROI.
- Spot growth opportunities – Identify and execute on upsell/expansion
opportunities. - Problem-solve quickly – Proactively resolve client challenges and keep retention
rates high. - Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to
deliver seamless experiences. - Think strategically – Build account plans, track KPIs, and use data to push growth.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in account management (ideally e-commerce or SaaS).
- A proven track record of retaining and growing accounts.
- Sharp communicator — persuasive, clear, and confident.
- Data-driven problem-solver with strong commercial instincts.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
