About the Role:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Director to own Swap’s demand generation and paid media strategy end-to-end — driving measurable acquisition, engagement, and revenue impact. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll set the strategic direction, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team to deliver campaigns that fuel Swap’s pipeline.

This role is equal parts strategist, operator, and innovator — ideal for someone who can zoom out to architect a growth engine and zoom in to execute with precision. You’ll work across paid social, search, programmatic, podcasts, OOH, influencer marketing, and emerging platforms to build a scalable, data-driven growth function.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the full growth marketing and paid media strategy — from planning and budgeting to execution, optimisation, and scaling.
  • Lead multi-channel demand generation programs across paid social, search, programmatic, audio/podcasts, OOH, influencer, and emerging channels.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage and convert high-value B2B prospects.
  • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure seamless lead-to-revenue tracking and GTM alignment.
  • Build KPI frameworks, reporting dashboards, and attribution models to measure ROI and inform budget allocation.
  • Oversee creative testing, audience segmentation, and messaging strategies to maximise campaign performance.
  • Analyse customer and market data to uncover insights, optimise acquisition, and improve retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, testing innovative platforms and tactics to keep Swap’s growth engine ahead of the curve.
  • Present monthly performance updates, learnings, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

 Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS growth marketing or paid media leadership experience, ideally within commerce, B2B tech, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven track record of scaling multi-channel acquisition programs that directly drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, performance marketing, and ABM best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable in dashboards and spreadsheets without relying on a data team.
  • Experience building campaigns and growth strategies from the ground up in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly creative, with a knack for testing new channel features, formats, and creative approaches.
  • Skilled at translating data into actionable insights that inform spend, targeting, and creative direction.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator, adept at building trust with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Growth mindset, curious, experimental, and quick to adapt.

Compensation & Location:

  • Compensation contingent on experience; eligible for employee stock option plan.
  • Hybrid in New York
