About the Role:

We're looking for a Growth Manager to take ownership of our paid media efforts — from strategy to execution. Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll work across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, audio/podcast, influencer, OOH, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and scale our inbound pipeline.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who’s comfortable owning campaigns, managing external agencies, and deeply understands the B2B SaaS playbook. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Analytics teams and be a key player in shaping our growth engine.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and execute paid media strategy across digital, social, search, audio, influencer, and more
  • Manage and optimize campaigns in partnership with our media agency
  • Own reporting and performance tracking, including regular updates to executive leadership
  • Analyze results and recommend data-backed testing agendas and channel improvements
  • Manage relationships with key media platforms and vendors (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
  • Partner with Brand and Creative teams to align messaging across all touchpoints
  • Fully leverage existing MarTech tools (e.g., Common Room) to improve targeting and conversion
  • Drive full-funnel growth, from demand gen to pipeline acceleration and ABM

 Key Reuirements:

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with proven success owning and growing pipeline.
  • Deep understanding of demand gen, performance marketing, and ABM best practices.
  • Strong analytical chops — you’re comfortable in dashboards and spreadsheets and don’t need a data team to get answers.
  • Experience partnering with sales and RevOps to drive GTM alignment and revenue impact.
  • Growth mindset — you experiment, optimize, and act fast.
  • Responsible for developing and managing Growth Manager strategies that align with the overall marketing calendar, orchestrating the right messages at the right time to the right audience, and driving engagement and sales
  • Understand and interpret customer data and drive actionable insights that will help optimize as well as improve retention for existing customers
  • Engage collaboratively with the Analytics to establish KPIs and define the learning and testing agenda
