Your Role

  • Team Architect: Recruit, mentor, and lead a squad of top tier Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Pipeline Commander: Own the monthly inbound & outbound pipeline targets, ensuring consistent overachievement through strategic oversight.
  • Performance Guru: Deliver daily coaching, turning potential into prowess and ensuring the team hits and exceeds KPIs.
  • Data Driven Strategist: Analyze performance metrics to inform decisions, leveraging tools like HubSpot for actionable insights.
  • Collaborative Force: Work hand-in-glove with Sales, Marketing to refine lead qualification and boost productivity.

What You Bring

  • SaaS Sales Veteran: B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably within e-commerce or related industries.
  • Leadership Experience: 1+ year managing and hiring Sales Development teams in a SaaS setting.
  • Closer Mentality: Prior experience in closing roles, with a deep understanding of the sales funnel.
  • Coaching Excellence: A hands-on leader passionate about developing talent and fostering career
  • growth. A leader who can take feedback and give it.
  • Agility: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with a relentless focus on results.
  • Detail Oriented: Meticulous with a knack for process optimization.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in HubSpot and sales engagement platforms.
