Implementation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem-Solving & Innovation:
    Work collaboratively with clients to identify issues and propose creative, effective solutions using our platform. 
  • Solution Design & Implementation:
    Work with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, prioritizing utilization of existing tools within our tech stack as possible. Provide support in configuring settings and APIs as required.
  • Post-Implementation Support:
    Provide ongoing technical support after solution deployment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Post-Sales Support and Client Onboarding:
    Support clients during the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success. 
  • Client Consultation & Relationship Building:
    Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals. Cultivate strong relationships by delivering insightful, value-driven solutions.
  • Pre-Sales Support:
    Assist the sales team with technical inquiries and in the creation of proposals. Provide expertise during the pre-sales process to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Technical Presentations & Demos:
    Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our software capabilities. Communicate technical concepts in an understandable and engaging manner to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
    When custom development or integration work is required, act as an intermediary between the clients and our product and engineering team, clearly detailing requirements to product & engineering teams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and warehouse management solutions
  • Desired: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies (e.g., Shopify, Magento,, SFCC, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of business processes in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with web development languages (JavaScript, HTML, etc.).
  • Experience with common e-commerce software, analytics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software or other business tools.
  • Previous experience working within a startup environment is a plus.
