About the role

As we scale toward our next growth milestones, we are moving past "organizing events" to owning the physical and digital face of SurePay across Europe. We are looking for a Field Marketing powerhouse. A SaaS growth engine. You will be the "glue" between Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, ensuring that every handshake at a roundtable and every badge scan at a conference is meticulously tracked and converted into measurable revenue. You will own the strategy and the heavy lifting. You will build the manual while running the plays, with the goal of ensuring every event turns into a relationship and every relationship turns into revenue.

Responsibilities include:

  • The physical and digital "face" of Surepay across Europe. Own the end-to-end execution of ~50 annual events, including international trade shows, intimate executive roundtables, webinars, and partner co-marketing activations.
  • Pipeline Generation: You'll be responsible for sourcing and accelerating deals through events, with clear attribution tracking.
  • Ownership of campaigns and programs, Owning, developing and executing fully integrated marketing plans to drive demand generation, land new logos and achieve new business pipeline targets 
  • Partner Marketing Excellence: Develop and execute co-marketing programs with strategic partners. You’ll navigate partner relationships commercially, ensuring SurePay gets maximum value and brand presence without diluting our message.
  • Operational Ownership: You will manage the Field Marketing budget, track ROI per event, and use data (HubSpot, Dreamdata, AI-assisted workflows) to make investment recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Establish a "Gold Standard" rhythm where Sales and CSMs aren't just aware of events—they are invested in them. You’ll create a calendar they rely on and provide the "on-the-ground" hosting that makes prospects feel FOMO when they miss a SurePay invite.

About you

We are looking for a T-Shaped Professional: You have a broad understanding of the full marketing funnel but deep, specialized expertise in campaign and event execution and stakeholder management. To be successful in this role we believe you need:

  • 5+ years in Marketing, with at least 3+ years specifically in Field Marketing or Event Management within B2B SaaS, preferably across European markets.
  • Scale Experience: You’ve worked in a company during a high-growth phase ($10m to $50m ARR). You know what "great" looks like, but you’re still willing to roll up your sleeves.
  • Experience running co-marketing programmes before, you understand how to navigate a partner relationship commercially. The key skill is knowing how to get value out of a partnership without losing brand control or diluting the message.

  • Data-Informed: You are comfortable with a modern tech stack. You don't wait for a report; you dive into HubSpot and RevOps data to prove your impact.
  • Owner Mindset: You don't wait for a manual; you build it. You manage spend and ROI as if it were your own business.
