About the role

We are looking for a hands-on builder to become the first dedicated owner of our sales infrastructure and enablement. Currently, our tools, data, and materials are spread across various stakeholders; we need a strategic operator to centralize these assets into a high-performing "Revenue Engine."  You will be the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, ensuring our tech stack (HubSpot) and our processes are perfectly aligned. This is not a support role—you will be the architect of our workflows, the guardian of our data, and the coach who ensures our teams are utilizing our tools to their full potential.

Responsibilities include:

Tech Stack & Systems Architecture

  • Full Ownership of HubSpot: Manage, configure, and optimize HubSpot as our "Single Source of Truth." You will oversee workflow automation, data synchronization, and integrations with other tools.
  • Tool Management: Audit and manage our entire sales tech stack, adding integrations or new tools where necessary to remove friction.
  • Training & onboarding: Develop and deliver training on the use of tools and systems  to  ensure best practices are adopted across all relevant teams.

Process Optimization & Data Governance

  • Workflow Standardization: Define and enforce lead-to-renewal workflows, including lead handoffs, pipeline management, and contract stages.
  • Dashboards & Analytics: Build and maintain real-time dashboards that provide the VP Sales and other stakeholders with accurate forecasting and performance insights.
  • Data Integrity: Cleanse and organize our data environment to ensure reporting is accurate and actionable.

Sales Enablement & Content Management

  • Centralized Knowledge Base: Organize and maintain all sales materials (case studies, pricing sheets, decks) in a central location (Drive/HubSpot), ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Legal to ensure all customer-facing materials reflect our latest product updates and legal requirements.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives on bringing structure to chaos, and possesses a deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales tooling—especially HubSpot. You have a strong sense of ownership: as the captain of this ship, you take full responsibility for outcomes and execution. You understand modern B2B SaaS sales and can implement your knowledge in the day to day operations of your role. Furthermore:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • HubSpot Expert: Advanced, hands-on experience in HubSpot configuration (Workflows, Custom Objects, Reporting) is mandatory.
  • SaaS Savvy: Understanding of modern SaaS sales methodologies, lead funnels, and the "Lead-to-Cash" lifecycle.
  • Self-Steering: You don’t wait for a manual; you identify gaps and build the solution.
  • Organizational skills: You have a "Marie Kondo" approach to folders, files, and CRM data.
  • Communicator: You can explain complex technical workflows to non-technical team members with ease.
