Account Manager 

Are you looking to take your sales career to the next level in a fast-paced, supportive, and rewarding environment? We are looking for a driven, curious and self motivated Account Manager, where you will have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of client relationships and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with a portfolio of clients, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Using data driven insights to identify and pursue growth opportunities, upselling products, and in turn achieving sales targets.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service,
  • Collaborating with a dynamic and driven team to create impactful sales strategies to support company objectives.
  • Generating and converting leads through consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Providing customer support from technical insight to commercial negotiation

Requirements 

  • A natural ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, coupled with great communication and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent ability to convert high-value leads and build lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver measurable results.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics would be an advantage.
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and embrace sales challenges.
