We are looking to hire an analytical CRM marketer to support the Growth Director during a period of exciting growth. Your specific focus will be on CRM, but you will also be responsible for all aspects of marketing and growth. 

 

We’re looking for someone hands on, who’s prepared to work at all levels, from campaign setup and optimisation, to strategic planning and presenting.

It’s a fast-paced start-up with bags of potential. The right candidate will be excited to learn fast, pivot when required, and constantly be thinking about new and fresh ways to solve problems.

 

Requirements

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Owning all aspects of CRM journeys & campaigns (including events & triggers, journey/campaign set-up, optimisation, troubleshooting, copywriting and reporting). This includes:
    • Shopper/customer-facing CRM
    • Merchant-facing CRM
    • Prospective merchant-facing CRM
    • Supporting role for Sales CRM
  • Working proactively with the Product and Data teams to optimise the available marketing data and events, improve performance management and reporting, and share insights across the wider business.
  • Supporting other marketing channels as and when required, including  SEO, PPC, Social Paid & Organic, Affiliates and the Super Payments website.
  • Working cross-functionally with Product and Sales to develop new acquisition and/or revenue channels, focusing on prioritising the right initiatives, creatives, tests and iterations.
  • Supporting the Growth Director to develop and build the growth strategy.

 

We'd love it if you have:

  • Excellent experience in CRM (journeys and campaigns), including the technical side and setup.
  • Incredible data and analytical skills, coupled with confident marketing decisions. 
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and approach with the ability to come up with innovative, and creative new ideas.
  • Customer-first mindset: you put yourself in their shoes for the journey.
  • Experience in other channels  like SEO/PPC, Facebook (inc. Instagram), Tik Tok and analytics & testing platforms. 
  • Experience working for a tech start-up would be the cherry on top of the cake! 

Please note that we would love you to be able to come into our Central London office at least two to three days a week.
