
Junior Recruitment Coordinator (Fixed-term)

To help us scale effectively, we're looking for a Junior Recruitment Operations/Coordinator to support our high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

Level: Junior/Entry level
Contract: Fixed term, until March 31, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Operations & Process Optimization
- Assist in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to coordinate pre-boarding activities and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Interview Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage when needed aspects of interview scheduling, including multi-time zone coordination, calendar invitations, and logistics planning.
- Liaise between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
Candidate Experience & Communication
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the interview process with professionalism and care.
- Ensure timely, clear, and consistent communication at every stage to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate experience feedback.
- Provide insights and trends to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Special Projects & Event Support
- Contribute to key talent initiatives, including employer branding, diversity hiring efforts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of recruiting events, career fairs, and talent community engagement activities.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in a recruiting coordination or HR support role.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proactive problem solver with strong time management.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
