Technical Compliance Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Technical Compliance Delivery Manager to drive and coordinate complex compliance initiatives as the business expands into new markets. This role involves partnering closely with Regulatory Tech, Data, and Technical Compliance teams to implement necessary technical solutions
You will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of cross-functional compliance solutions, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, and executing required escalations to ensure continuous, unblocked delivery flow.
A critical component is owning and governing the unified compliance roadmap across key teams. This includes managing dependencies and strategically aligning all delivery planning with evolving international regulatory timelines and immediate market needs
You will also support product teams during new market launches. This includes establishing a sustainable transition plan to guarantee the continuous development and enhancement of compliance functionalities post-launch. Excellent communication is required to deliver regular updates on progress, issues, and blockers to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 1-2 years experience within the online gaming industry
- Proven ability to drive and coordinate complex, cross-functional compliance initiatives, particularly as the business expands into new international markets
- Expertise in strategic roadmap management, including governing unified compliance roadmaps and strategically aligning delivery with international regulatory timelines.
- Demonstrated proficiency in proactive delivery management, including identifying and mitigating project risks, managing critical dependencies, and executing necessary escalation protocols.
- Strong partnership skills for collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including: Regulatory Tech, Data, Product and Technical Compliance teams, to implement technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills required for providing clear, regular updates on project status, issues, and blockers to both leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Coordination
- Partner with diverse stakeholders (including Regulatory Tech, Data, Product teams and Technical Compliance) to drive the development and implementation of technical solutions.
- Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure solutions are strategically aligned with overarching business needs.
Delivery Management
- Orchestrate and drive the delivery of complex, cross-functional compliance solutions.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying potential risks and dependencies, and executing necessary escalation protocols to mitigate impact.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to actively remove impediments and ensure continuous, unblocked delivery flow.
Compliance Roadmap Ownership
- Maintain the unified compliance roadmap across Technical Compliance, Regulatory Technology (RegTech), and Data teams
- Proactively manage and communicate critical cross-team dependencies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth execution
- Strategically align delivery planning with evolving international regulatory timelines and immediate market needs
Post Launch Continuity
- Provide support with prioritization following market launches to ensure that trade-offs are documented and fixes are tracked through to resolution.
- Establish a sustainable transition plan to ensure continuous development and enhancement of compliance functionalities after the International Program teams pivot to subsequent market initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate ongoing progress, issues, and blockers clearly to leadership teams.
- Deliver regular updates on the status of in-flight initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
