Performance Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who’s passionate about performance marketing and eager to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Running and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, whether in an agency or in-house with an experience of 2-3 years minimum (ideally in iGaming, Gambling, Sport Betting or e-commerce)
  • Leveraging data and analytics to fine-tune campaigns, ensuring efficient performance and growth
  • Keeping up with the latest trends in Search & YouTube marketing, applying new strategies to stay ahead of the curve
  • Maximizing the impact of Smart Bidding campaigns by understanding Google’s best practices and optimization techniques
  • Creating reports and analyses to track key business KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and action
  • Running A/B tests (ad copy, bidding strategies, etc.) and making data-driven decisions based on results
  • Proactively researching new growth opportunities for Google Search, bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Understanding conversion funnels and having a solid grasp of Google Ads (experience with UAC, Looker Studio, Optimizely, Google Analytics, or Tableau is a plus!)
  • Thriving in a collaborative yet independent environment—comfortable working in a small team while contributing to a large-scale organization
  • Being open to business travel, embracing new challenges and opportunities along the way
  • Communicating confidently in English (both written and spoken)

Bonus points if you: 

  • You have experience in the iGaming industry or are a sports enthusiast who understands the market
  • You’ve managed Google Ads performance campaigns for large clients, driving measurable results
  • You hold a Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification, showing your expertise in the field
  • Have a strong knowledge of Excels formulas and analytics tools


What you'll be doing?
 

  • Create, analyze and optimize Google Ads Performance marketing campaigns (mainly Paid Search and Youtube) for Brazil market and opportunity on other upcoming markets to meet business objectives
  • You will be part of a multicultural team (based in Brazil, Romania, Poland, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Croatia, Serbia) that has an excellent knowledge of Paid Channels, Martech tools, Gambling&Sports industry in different markets that enjoys and appreciate knowledge sharing
  • Identify opportunities for customer acquisition growth Identifying SEM targets for growth of visibility, traffic, acquisition and efficiency
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on our competitors, including their strategies, market positioning, product offerings, and customer feedback. Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to help us refine our own business strategies.
  • Monitor Google Ads budget & performance for evaluating, proposing and implementing most suitable optimization to meet business marketing objectives
  • Ensure best practices are adhered to with regards to Search account structure, campaign setup and optimization, while leveraging all best practices to maximize performance from YouTube campaigns
  • Working closely with other departments to brief opportunities, promos and landing page setup to fit with PPC and business goals 
  • Working closely with other acquisition channels / internal teams, ensuring knowledge share in order to achieve business objectives
  • Have access to multiple learning resources and opportunities such as: dedicated workshops, attending local and global conferences, having an LCS support from Google, attend courses, having access to e-learning platforms, travel for business purposes
