Super Technologies is hiring an experienced Senior Risk Analyst with deep expertise in sports betting to join our expert Risk team. As a key senior member and subject matter expert, you will take ownership of the risk strategy for sports betting and customer management, conduct proactive analysis, and provide mentorship to junior team members. You will be a trusted partner to traders and sport owners, leveraging your industry knowledge to implement robust risk controls that protect the business while ensuring a fair and competitive customer experience. This role is ideal for a seasoned betting risk professional looking to take on greater ownership and influence strategy.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the risk strategy for sports betting and customer management, applying your deep industry experience to identify, assess, and mitigate risk, while working closely with trading and product teams to address all concerns.
- Proactively identify emerging betting risk patterns and changes in customer behavior, designing and implementing solutions before they impact business performance.
- Act as the lead expert on betting integrity, understanding and responding promptly to alerts from the IBIA and other internal tools.
- Contribute to the development of the overarching risk management strategy with guidance from team leadership.
- Optimize success metrics for your assigned risk initiatives, ensuring they align with broader business protection and customer experience objectives.
- Stay informed about betting industry trends and competitive risk approaches to ensure our strategies remain effective.

Advanced Analysis & Proactive Insights
- Proactively conduct post-analysis on customer profitability, limits, margin performance, and Cash Out, raising key findings and recommendations to senior traders and management.
- Utilize all trader tooling and third-party software (e.g., Seon) to make and corroborate decisions on advantage play and high-risk behavior.
- Apply a deep understanding of sports betting market dynamics, including limits and time-to-market, to identify and mitigate high-risk situations.

Stakeholder Management & Mentorship:
- Communicate complex risk assessments, findings, and customer treatment recommendations effectively to Risk management and leadership, as well as other senior stakeholders.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing feedback and guidance on the application of risk management frameworks and best practices.

Implementation & Collaboration:
    - Collaborate closely with Trading and Product teams to ensure the implementation of risk controls supports both business protection and customer experience goals.
    - Partner with Operations teams to ensure risk decisions are implemented efficiently and are optimal for the business.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience):

Significant Experience:
- Deep, authoritative knowledge of sports betting risk, customer management frameworks, advantage play, and betting integrity issues.
- Proven professional experience in a sports betting risk management, trading, or analytics role, with a proven track record of making impactful decisions.

Deep Technical & Analytical Expertise:
- Deep expertise in risk management frameworks, customer segmentation, and advantage play detection techniques.
- Mastery of risk management tools, trading software, and advanced data analysis using SQL.
 - A proactive and highly analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Communication & Influence:
- Excellent communication skills, with the proven ability to present complex information clearly to senior and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced written and spoken English skills.
- Experience in mentoring or providing guidance to junior colleagues.
