Talent Acquisition Manager, Tech & Product

📍 Location: Spain, Croatia, or Romania (our TA team is based across these locations)

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who’s ready to make a real impact.

This isn’t just another TA role as you’ll be at the center of how we scale our Tech & Product teams, working closely with senior leadership and directly influencing the growth of the business. As a fast-growing company, hiring the right people is one of our biggest priorities, and this role will have high visibility, ownership, and impact on the business.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience leading recruitment teams, ideally within tech and product hiring
  • A strong hands-on approach — you know how to find, engage, and close top talent
  • A natural ability to lead, coach, and elevate others
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • A passion for candidate experience and delivering results
  • Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • A data-driven mindset — you use insights to improve how things are done

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a team of 10 recruiters by setting the pace, raising the bar on quality and delivery, and actively coaching and developing the team to unlock their full potential
  • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, challenge thinking where needed, and ensure we’re aligned with business priorities
  • Driving creative and effective sourcing strategies, from hands-on direct search and talent mapping to employer branding and market insights that keep us ahead of the competition
  • Owning performance and outcomes. Tracking key metrics, identifying gaps, and continuously optimizing how we hire to improve speed, quality, and experience
  • Building smarter, faster, and more scalable ways of working, constantly evolving our processes, tools, and approach as we grow
