Senior Copywriter

We are looking for an incredibly talented, "eagle-eyed" Senior Copywriter to join our Commercial team. You won't just be writing catchy headlines; you will be the ultimate architect of our brand’s linguistic DNA. Your mission is to ensure that every syllable—from deep within our platform’s product features to our loudest external marketing campaigns—is consistent, compliant, and optimized for maximum conversion.
 
What you’ll be doing : 
  • Bridge the Gap: Align internal platform content (UX/UI, product naming, tooltips) with external marketing (ads, CRM, social) to ensure a seamless user journey.
  • Conversion Optimization: Adapt and polish "raw" briefs into high-converting copy that speaks the authentic language of the betting and casino world.
  • Brand Guardianship: Rigorously enforce Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice (ToV) across all departments.
  • The "Final Boss" of Quality: Review all incoming requests with extreme attention to detail. If there is a typo, a broken naming convention, or a clunky sentence, you are the one who catches it before the world does.
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate the needs of multiple departments, acting as the creative "translator" who ensures everyone’s goals are met without compromising brand integrity.
  • Systems & Logic: Establish and maintain naming conventions and content rules to ensure consistency as we scale.

We are looking for someone who :
  • Has proven background in iGaming (sportsbook and casino). You know the slang, the betting/casino mechanics, the psychology of the player, and the regulatory nuances. 
  • Has at least 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Is obsessively detailed. You notice a double space or a mismatched font from a mile away. 
  • Is creative and organized. You can brainstorm a viral campaign in the morning and build a meticulous content spreadsheet in the afternoon.
  • Is the "Easy-Going" Expert: You are a people person. You can manage stakeholders, handle feedback with grace, and get things done through collaboration rather than friction.
  • Is fluent in Greek (native level in writing for detail and quality control over grammar, punctuation, terminology consistency, naming conventions and regulatory disclaimers) and English. 
  • Has a deep familiarity with Greek market regulatory and advertising constraints and guidelines.
  • Has a strong command of tone of voice consistency, conversion copywriting, promotional messaging, feature awareness and increase of affinity via the use of the written language
  • Has the ability to closely collaborate with a variety of stakeholders (product teams, content teams, commercial teams, etc)

 

Nice to have skills/qualifications/tools
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Knowledge over KPIs like OR, CTR, etc
  • Basic analytical ability to understand performance data
  • Experience building things like naming conventions, content guidelines, terminology, standardizing comms across multiple channels
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle (e.g. retention psychology, conversion funnel, etc)
