Workday Analyst (Processes & Configuration Focus)

In this exciting time of scaling our product and innovating the company, we are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Administrator to serve as the primary technical expert for our core HR processes and system configuration. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our Workday environment as the system of record for all employee data.
What you'll be doing:
- Business Process Management: Design, configure, test, and deploy all core Workday business processes, including Job Changes, Promotions, Transfers, Terminations, and Organization Management.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing HR business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend/implement process improvements within the Workday framework.
- Security & Domains: Manage role-based and user-based security, administer security groups, and maintain domain security policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Integration Support: Support and maintain simple Workday integration connectors, specifically managing the day-to-day operation, scheduling, troubleshooting errors, and auditing data flow for EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and standard out-of-the-box connectors (e.g., benefits providers).
- Report Writing & Auditing: Develop, maintain, and support standard and custom reports (RaaS) and calculated fields. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and process adherence.
- Support & Documentation: Provide technical support, troubleshoot configuration issues, manage the bi-annual release process, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
We're looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Administrator/Analyst.
- Deep expertise in Workday Business Process Configuration, including Condition Rules, Validation Rules, and Business Process Step configuration.
- Proficiency in Workday Security configuration and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of core HR concepts and the employee lifecycle.
- Experience with Workday RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) and complex Calculated Fields.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required to support global documentation and communication with cross-functional teams.
- Base in Zagreb, Croatia as this is a hybrid position
