Content Release Executive

We are looking for a Content Release Executive who will assist the Gaming team by delivering new content based on the release road-map in order to hit monthly and yearly targets. Manage incoming requests from internal stakeholders in terms of testing features that are in development that fit into our area of responsibility, escalate relevant issues and track progress of fixes.
We're looking for someone with:
- Good understanding of MS Excel
- Professional level of English
- Keen eye for detail
- Prioritising and managing workloads effectively to ensure deadlines and desired results are met
- A good attitude towards continuous learning
- Tech savvy
- Gaming experience preferred but not compulsory
What you'll be doing:
- Keep up to date game lists for all jurisdictions.
- Ensure all the games that are live at any given moment.
- Ensure all the games that have been deactivated and the reason for which they were deactivated.
- Game lists containing meta data (type of game, theme of the game, number of lines, etc.) – to be defined if necessary.
- Execute new casino provider integration testing – smoke testing scenarios.
- Prepare new integrations for audit testing and work towards solving the issues that the audit team encounters.
- Do smoke testing with the platform team before integration go-live
- Work with Gaming Content team to be able to supply all relevant details to the audit team (logging in to staging, credentials, etc.)
- Execute game testing across all channels before release and escalate potential issues to relevant teams.
- Keep track of the progress of content release across all markets and provide weekly/monthly updates – track progress to achieving targets.
- Own the assets for content releases – source required assets, manage relationship with the creative team for assets related tasks, liaise with Gaming Content team to understand if there are any special requirements.
- Maintain communication with BI concerning weekly releases.
- Assists the Gaming Product team with testing of new features.
- Populate lower environments with games as requested by Gaming Product team.
- Actively follow provider integration/support channels (Skype/Slack) and stay on top of potential changes and requests.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
