Internal Mobility TA Partner

We're looking for someone who:
- Haves a background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related people function (experience in both recruiting and stakeholder management preferred).
- Is a process builder, someone who enjoys identifying gaps, creating structure, and improving workflows.
- Haves have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner across teams and different markets.
- Is passionate about career development and internal growth, with a people-first mindset.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Is Experience in a tech or digital organization is a plus, as is familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems.
- Fluent in English
What you'll be doing:
- Own the internal mobility process end-to-end — from internal job postings to candidate engagement, interviews, and feedback.
- Design and implement new IM processes and frameworks to ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency across all business units.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to take ownership of internal recruitment, allowing recruiters to focus on external hiring.
- Collaborate with HR and Growth & Development to align internal movement with employee readiness, succession plans, and career pathways.
- Proactively identify internal talent for open opportunities and support employees in navigating their career moves across teams and markets.
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through recruiting process: pre-qualifying, interviewing, driving offers & negotiations.
- Offer insight, best practices, and interview preparation to both candidates & hiring managers.
- Ensure a great candidate experience via timely feedback, good communication, and interviewer readiness.
- Promote awareness of internal mobility opportunities through regular communication and collaboration with managers and employees.
- Track and report on IM metrics, including internal hire ratios, participation, and time-to-move, to measure success and identify improvement areas.
- Champion a culture of growth and development, ensuring internal mobility is seen as a natural part of career progression at Superbet.
