What you’ll be doing:

Manage Superbet’s social media profiles across TikTok, Instagram, Kwai and X, ensuring consistent posting frequency, content organization, performance tracking, and application of best practices for each platform (formats, language, and distribution dynamics).

Create, edit, and publish short, dynamic, native videos focused on football, entertainment, hard news, and trending topics.

Monitor daily trends, memes, breaking news, and social conversations to identify real-time brand opportunities and creative insertions.

Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to develop social media campaigns and creative assets.

Provide primary community management, responding to comments, DMs, and handling basic moderation.

Work closely with sponsored clubs — Fluminense and São Paulo FC — creating content aligned with match calendars, backstage moments, brand activations, and key team milestones.

Deliver live coverage of games, events, and brand activations, producing real-time content directly from the platforms.

Identify digital trends, references, and benchmarks in sports, entertainment, and internet culture.

Contribute to the development of the brand’s editorial strategy, proposing engaging formats, series, and real-time participation approaches.

Maintain and update the editorial calendar, supporting team organization and delivery workflows.

Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and brand partners on specific content initiatives.
We are looking for:

Previous experience in Social Media, ideally with digital and/or sports-focused content.

Strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Kwai, and X — including formats, trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Highly organized, agile, and proactive — comfortable managing multiple deadlines and real-time publishing.

Deep interest and knowledge of Brazilian football and the sports calendar.

English is essential (company language).

Availability for travel and on-site presence at games, events, and brand activations.
