Job Summary
Superbet is seeking a motivated Affiliate Executive to help drive our affiliate marketing strategy in Brazil. The ideal candidate is São Paulo-based (or willing to relocate), speaks native Brazilian Portuguese with business-level English, and has a passion for sports and marketing. You’ll manage affiliate relationships, optimize campaigns across digital channels, and support brand growth through data-driven strategies. Experience in affiliate marketing or iGaming is a plus.

We're looking for someone with:

• Has a degree in Marketing / Business Administration/ Management or another relevant field
• Native Brazilian speaker with English at a business proficiency level;
• Based in São Paulo or willing to relocate
• Active interest in Sports and Marketing strategies/techniques
• Understanding of local markets’ needs
• Strong understanding of brand awareness and growth strategies
• Super organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Great sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven with good analytical skills & understanding of cost control
• Attention to detail and teamwork spirit
• Previous experience with Affiliate Marketing or iGaming industry is a plus

What you'll be doing:.

• Support on affiliate and partner marketing activities through optimizing current networks and by developing new opportunities with active and new partners
• Support promotions, new launches and activate campaigns for both Sportsbook and Casino products
• Plan, strategize, monitor, analyze and report affiliate performance
• Build and manage relationships with various affiliate partners
• Support partners, ensuring their onboarding process, assisting/following up their daily routine and maximizing their performance on our Affiliates Program
• Seek and nurture local partners relationships to generate growth
• Run affiliate content check, ensuring the affiliates are promoting our brand the right and in a compliant way
• Ensuring top positions are gained on the biggest affiliate websites
• Optimize local partners performance through Social Media channels (WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram)
• Support payments, contracts and finance tasks
• Liaise between our external and internal teams to develop customized content and campaigns for affiliates
