Superbet is a growth-oriented ‘challenger’ in the global sports betting market. We are looking for a Junior In Play Trader to join our growing operation.

Superbet’s aim is to produce as much additional, innovative content to our customers as possible. Alongside our local target markets in Europe we have expanded our operation on a global scale with our launch in Brazil. A key part of delivering this will be the capability of trading teams to price up markets and trade them in conjunction with in-house models.

We have an opening for a Junior In Play Trader to join our ever-expanding trading team. They will be responsible for the in-play trading of a wide range of Football events, as well as other sports as we grow our in-play portfolio. The role will also include the production and management of pre-match parameters per league, team and player and that will allow us to leverage traditional markets into exciting customer propositions. This is a challenging and dynamic role, requiring excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong passion for sports. The role will require the candidate to work evening and weekend shifts due to the nature of the sporting calendar in this territory.

We are looking for someone who :

• Keen interest or experience in betting and odds
• A passion for Sports, Football in particular
• Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative degree

Bonus points for:

• Knowledge and/or understanding of how goalscorer/player/team prop parameters are priced
• Previous industry experience in a trading role
• Coding/scraping/advanced Excel skills
• English speaking

What you'll be doing:

• Producing pricing parameters for all necessary markets
• Overseeing the transition of markets/parameters from pre-match to In Play trading
• Trading a variety of new markets in-play in conjunction with our in-house models
• Monitoring and managing the risk associated with the markets produced
• Liaising with the Quants/Product Managers to produce Databases, Pricing tools, automated pricing and model adjustments
• Assist in creating and executing trading strategies that generate profits and minimize risk
• Potentially travelling to London, Belgrade, Zagreb and Bucharest to meet trading team members
