Commercial Analyst

The Commercial Analyst/Executive (Gaming) is responsible for managing commercial contracts, ensuring supplier compliance, safeguarding financial accuracy across markets, and supporting operational alignment between Legal, Finance, and Gaming teams. This role serves as a key bridge between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the ERP process — driving efficiency, visibility, and governance over all commercial agreements across territories.

What you will be doing : 

Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Own and maintain a central repository of supplier contracts, ensuring all are accurate, current, and aligned with group structure and entity finance profiles.
  • Monitor contract timelines, support renegotiations, and proactively flag expirations or renewal windows.
  • Coordinate with Legal to ensure all agreements follow group commercial policies and meet regulatory requirements (including KYC/AML validation).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractual queries from Gaming, CRM, and Finance teams.

Commercial & Supplier Alignment

  • Ensure all stakeholders (Gaming, Finance, CRM, VIP, Tax, Payments, Operations) are informed of their contractual obligations.
  • Support contract creation and review for new suppliers, ensuring alignment with group-level pricing, deliverables, and reporting expectations.
  • Track supplier performance and contractual adherence, flagging issues and supporting escalation or renegotiation processes.

Financial Oversight & Invoicing

  • Calculate and validate supplier invoices (revenue share, bonus deductions, marketing adjustments) against agreed commercial terms.
  • Ensure all group entities are invoiced correctly and timely per the master agreement and territory-specific term sheets.
  • Support Finance with supplier onboarding (banking & documentation), accruals, credit notes, and claims for overpayments.
  • Approve and monitor invoice posting into ERP and coordinate with Treasury to ensure timely payments.

Performance & Rate Analysis

  • Build and maintain effective rate dashboards (blended group view + territory-level).
  • Track expected vs. actual rev share and commercial impact per provider, helping shape decisions around supplier value and commercial renegotiations.
  • Coordinate with BI to ensure new suppliers are reflected in dashboards with correct commercial attributes.

Internal Collaboration & Administration

  • Upload contracts for legal review and signature workflows.
  • Train new joiners on integration flows, commercial processes, and documentation best practices.
  • Work hands-on with the Gaming Content team on aggregation workflows, CRM campaign tracking, bonus deductions, and supplier admin tasks.

We are looking for someone who :

  • Has excellent communication skills in Romanian and English (both verbal and written).
  • Ideally has experience in the Gaming Industry.
  • Has at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Has experience working with Tableau.
