• Is a native Romanian speaker with English at a business proficiency level;
• An active interest in sports;
• A successful track record in dealing with the betting activities in an online betting and gaming environment;
• Be proactive, energetic, self-motivated and passionate about being the best in the market;
• Data-driven with an analytical mind which will influence and shape business activities;
• Must have a collaborative approach to working with colleagues;
• Attention to detail;
• Good Excel skills.

• Reviewing and identifying Sport trends;
• Overseeing and optimizing the Sportsbook performance through content management and JIRA process completion;
• Providing relevant translations for product, features and betting markets;
• Creating and maintaining guideline documents (eg. Sporting calendar);
• Daily usage of Notion & Jira for tasks, info & data input;
• Competitive analysis and insight on an ongoing basis for the Romanian market
• Supporting ongoing initiatives for the online business;
• Assist in the analysis and reporting of Sportsbook performance to support strategic decision-making and planning within the business;
• Investigate and propose ways to work more efficiently and implement new ideas.
