Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Strategy Manager who will play a key role in shaping and driving strategic initiatives across the organisation. In this role, you will lead complex, business-critical projects in a dynamic international environment, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
You will be responsible for translating strategy into actionable initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact outcomes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing? Responsibilities:
- Leading multiple strategic and business-critical projects simultaneously within a matrix organisation, collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions
- Defining project scope, approach, and roadmap for strategic initiatives, taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery and ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Managing and coordinating project teams, guiding analysis, solution design, and implementation while building strong cross-functional relationships
- Identifying, analysing, and solving complex business challenges and growth opportunities, driving initiatives from ideation through execution
- Leading the development and communication of strategic initiatives across corporate strategy, business unit strategy, and growth strategies
- Preparing and presenting decision materials for executive management and the Board of Directors
- Evaluating potential M&A opportunities, conducting commercial due diligence, and supporting the development of post-merger integration plans
- Structuring complex problems and analysing qualitative and quantitative information to develop clear, actionable recommendations
- Synthesising insights into compelling strategic narratives and decision materials for senior stakeholders
- Guiding and developing project team members through informal leadership and collaboration
- Working and communicating effectively with stakeholders across different functions, seniority levels, and geographies
What we are looking for:
- 4–7 years of combined consulting and industry experience, including at least 2 years in strategy consulting
- Proven experience leading corporate strategy and growth strategy projects or programmes
- Experience within consumer, technology, M&A/Private Equity, and growth strategy environments
- Strong ability to independently define project scope, analytical approach, and execution plans
- Excellent problem-structuring, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and business impact
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Experience working in a matrix organisation
- PMO or PMI experience is considered a plus
