The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a senior individual contributor role within the Talent Acquisition function, hired on a fixed-term 12-month contract to drive end-to-end hiring across Super Technologies Group. Working in close partnership with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, this role plays a critical part in attracting and securing top talent to support the organisation's strategic growth.
What the role involves
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet organisational goals.
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and extensive networks to identify and attract high-calibre talent across commercial and corporate functions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks and competitive hiring practices.
- Engage with key stakeholders to communicate progress and provide regular updates on recruitment initiatives and candidate pipelines.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring, ensuring a broad range of perspectives and experiences are considered in the selection process.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of hiring efforts and continuously improve recruitment processes.

- Proven track record in direct talent search across commercial and corporate functions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in talent acquisition.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to align hiring strategies with business goals and organisational values.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decisions within the organisation.
