Customer Engagement Manager

We're looking for someone who:


● Has proven experience in Customer Engagement & Experience related leading roles in betting & gaming companies.
● Has proven ability to manage external service providers.
● Strong understanding of customer journey flows and conversion funnels.
● Demonstrates a good team spirit.
● Has excellent communication skills.
● Has strong leadership & people management skills.
● Has fluency in Greek & an advanced level in English.


What you’ll be doing:

● Provide leadership to three different teams
● Build operational processes from the ground up for Customer Experience and Rewards teams
● Translate customer data and operational insights into strategic recommendations and cross functional action plans.
● Monitor Customer Experience Performance Indicators & drive a culture of a rapid issue resolution to reduce customer frictions
● Collaborate with CRM department to align on the reward structure to enhance customer retention.
● Monitor external provider performance against KPIs , SLAs & quality standards & drive solid Sales strategy
