Key Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team! You will have the opportunity to advance our renewable energy initiatives and contribute to a sustainable future. 

Your daily role: 

  • Dive into the B2B landscape, seeking out customers for electricity sales, including PPA/cPPA contracts. 
  • Manage your own customer portfolio, building and nurturing long-term relationships. 
  • Prepare proposals, attend meetings, negotiate, and finalise contracts with support from our HQ Renewable Energy Sales Lead and Head of Energy Sales in Poland. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales plans and shape product offerings and pricing strategies. 
  • Keep a close eye on signed contracts to ensure compliance and successful execution. 

What describes you:   

  • Proven experience in selling renewable electricity to B2B customers, with knowledge of PPA/cPPA contracts and understanding of the energy market and renewable energy challenges. 
  • A strong network for discussing and promoting projects. 
  • Background in customer service and commercial negotiations. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Polish and English. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. 
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to take initiative and push projects forward.
