We are looking for a passionate Head of Legal to join our team in Poland. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal advice and collaborate closely with the management. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence key decisions and contribute to our continued success. 

Your daily role:  

• Provide comprehensive strategic legal advice in the areas of company operations, including energy sales and asset management. 
• Collaborate with senior management on new investments, securing financing, and supporting the implementation of new projects. 
• Actively represent the company in communication with authorities and in negotiations with external parties. 
• Act as a business partner, advising on legal implications and risks associated with strategic initiatives. 
• Lead the legal operations in Poland with support from a dedicated legal team.
  
  

What describes you:  

• Legal counsel qualifications with expertise in corporate, contract, and energy law. 
• Good knowledge of different areas of law relevant to the company's business, including M&A, GDPR and labour law. 
• Fluent in English and Polish, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. 
• Passion and sincere interest in renewable energy and future technologies. 
• Effective organisational and time management skills, with a proactive approach and interest in the sector.
