What impact you'll have:
This position is responsible for managing office and lab operations while serving as the primary liaison for finance and compliance matters. The role supports hardware validation logistics and ecosystem collaboration to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and seamless cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:
Office & Lab Operations Management
- Oversee daily office/lab activities and inventory control.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, unboxing, and temporary storage.
- Support hardware validation projects by managing logistics and collaborating with facility engineers on storage/operation space resources.
Administrative & Security Oversight
- Supervise administrative staff and manage meeting and visitor reception processes.
- Ensure all visitors and vendors sign NDAs before entering restricted areas.
- Manage badge access for employees, contractors, and authorized visitors in compliance with ISO 27001 and other security standards.
Finance & Compliance Management
- Track budgets, process invoices, and expense reports; support vendor contract management (including Business Central, PowerApps, Delivery & Payment Proof).
- Act as the primary liaison with external accounting firms for audits, tax filings, and compliance checks.
- Manage delegated contracts, fixed asset inventory, and digital archiving to ensure contract and asset compliance.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Experience in office management, financial coordination, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (e.g., Business Central), PowerApps, and digital archiving.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of data center logistics or lab safety standards.
- Strong Mandarin communication skills for local collaborations.
- Fluent in English.
