Staff Product Manager - Consumer Experience

- Strategic Product Ownership: Take charge of a specific product area within the Core Experience ecosystem.
- Collaborative Team Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, copywriters, and data scientists, fostering a unified team identity centered on customer and business success.
- Innovative Ideation: Encourage creative and innovative feature ideation within the team, stimulating participation from all members.
- Strategic Roadmaps: Develop roadmaps that balance short-term optimization with long-term strategic bets and investments.
- Prioritization Frameworks: Create frameworks to prioritize features based on estimations of business value and complexity, utilizing hypothesis-driven experimentation (multivariate testing).
- Data Analysis Leadership: Analyze user data, draw sound inferences to answer questions, and support decision-making.
- Technical Mastery: Develop fluency in the underlying architecture, codebase, and technologies of the product platform.
- E-commerce and Supply Chain Expertise: Previous experience in running an e-commerce business, understanding key metrics, and actions driving performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at engaging and communicating with senior executives across various domains.
- Organizational Skills: Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Challenges Driven: Stimulated by challenges and ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.
- 8+ years in Product Management (or equivalent) with experience in consumer web or mobile (native) products.
- Proven track record of launching consumer-impacting features or products.
- Customer obsessed, with demonstrable results in building product led solution to improve the customer experience.
- Proven collaboration with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical chops and use of analytics to support decision-making; comfortable defining metrics and digging into data with tools like SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to solve problems and analyze experiments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to diverse non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's in STEM, Economics, Psychology, or equivalent preferred.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.

$270,000 - $325,000 USD
