Working Student (f/m/d) - Corporate Internal Communications

Tasks

• You’ll take ownership of your own intranet content and news articles — from research and writing to publication.
• You’ll update existing intranet pages in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• You’ll create internal communications content, including employee emails and our monthly newsletter.
• You’ll assist in the preparation of internal online events, such as our Global All Hands meetings.
• You'll support the organization of on-site employee events, such as our summer and winter parties.
• You’ll review and refine internal communications to ensure clarity, tone, and quality.

Qualifications

• You’re studying Communications, PR, Journalism or a similar field with a focus on language or communication.
• You have experience using ChatGPT or similar tools — and you’re excited to apply AI in your day-to-day work.
• You have very good English writing and editing skills, with strong command of grammar and spelling.
• You are either a native German speaker or have business-fluent German skills.
• You’re approachable, communicative, and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You’re highly proactive, well-organised, and happy to jump in where support is needed.
• You’re available for at least 16 hours per week — ideally 20.
