Senior Product Manager, Global Payment

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and technically-minded Product Manager to own our core banking relationships and payment rails across the region. Reporting to the Product Lead, you will manage integrations with banking partners, oversee critical payment schemes and initiatives. This role bridges technical infrastructure and commercial strategy, with success measured by the reliability of integrations, reduced processing costs, and revenue growth through new banking capabilities and regional payment use cases.

What You Will Do 

  • Work closely with the Product Lead to define the product vision and strategy for our global payments platform, particularly for our U.S. Dollar and S.G. Dollar payment rails;
  • Develop a product roadmap to deliver seamless onramp, offramp and settlement capabilities for our Wallet and Platform products;
  • Collaborate with product and commercial team members to research and understand customer pain points;
  • Ideate and design innovative payment and settlement solutions to meet customer needs;
  • Track key product metrics to measure platform performance and health;
  • Integrate with bank partners and payment service providers to enhance our global payments platform;
  • Build internal tools and workflow automations to enhance our treasury and stable coin operations;
  • Lead a cross-functional product development team to deliver the product roadmap.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least five years of Product Management experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with payment rails, fiat collections and payouts, stablecoin on- and off-ramp solutions, and cross-border payments.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong track record of launching products and delivering measurable outcomes for customers and the business.
  • A practical, solutions-oriented approach, with the willingness to take ownership from strategy through execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to building reliable, best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and drive decisions across functions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment and coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Business Development.
