About The Role

As an OTC Sales Trader, you will support the pricing, execution, and settlement of over-the-counter (OTC) digital asset trades for institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients.

You will work closely with senior traders, sales, and operations teams to gain hands-on exposure to crypto markets, client interactions, and OTC trade workflows. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about digital assets, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Provide real-time OTC pricing, trade negotiation, and execution
  • Assist in trade negotiation preparation and client communication
  • Help monitor market conditions such as price movements, volatility, and liquidity across venues
  • Assist in sourcing liquidity from internal systems, exchanges, and external partners under supervision
  • Support order management while following established trading limits, risk controls, and compliance guidelines
  • Assist with settlement and post-trade processes, including wallet confirmations and basic reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate trade records and support reporting or documentation needs
  • Participate in client onboarding discussions to learn about trading mechanics, settlement flows, and supported assets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and contribute ideas for improving OTC processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience, preferably in finance, economics or related fields
  • Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets, trading, and digital assets
  • Basic understanding of financial markets or trading concepts (OTC knowledge is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to follow procedures and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work well in a team and take feedback positively

Accordingly, if you are located outside of the United States, your personal data will be transferred to the United States once you submit it through this site. The Controller will ensure that such transfers are subject to arrangements that provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

In accordance with Section 25 of the PDPA, the Controller will cease to retain documents containing your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is no longer required for (a) the purposes for which it was collected, or (b) for legal or business purposes, including considering you for future opportunities. Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified, and to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights or to withdraw your consent, you may contact the Controller’s data protection officer using the details above.
