Senior FP&A & Investor Relations Associate

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial strategy of a leading fintech player in the region. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and Investor Relations, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s financial planning and analysis, building and refining financial models, and supporting investor relations efforts. Your contributions will play a critical role in fundraising initiatives and capital-raising activities, ensuring the company's sustained growth and long-term success.

What You'll Do

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations, highlighting key business drivers, performance against budget, and identifying areas for cost optimization and financial improvement
  • Assist in building, maintaining, and updating financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making and long-term strategic planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting and data functions, to enhance financial processes, systems, and tools for improved efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Investor Relations (IR)

  • Assist in preparing quarterly Board of Directors presentations, ensuring high-quality materials are presented in a timely and insightful manner.
  • Manage ongoing investor communications, including responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate investor databases.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes for fundraising and capital-raising initiatives, ensuring all required documents are delivered accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, insightful reports and presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Great attention to detail, with a high standard of accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Experience in fintech or payments is a plus.
