Treasury Operation Senior Manager

What You Will Do 

 

    • Building and scaling the best-in-class firmwide treasury operations function to support worldwide fiat flows and manage all the banking & FI accounts within the company.
    • Manage transaction banking partners, to bring stablecoin liquidity as close as possible to our customers (network of local fiat on- and off-ramps).
    • Automating operational and reconciliation process flows to establish operational redundancy, reduce error incidence and increase efficiencies.
    • Maintaining operational controls, policies, standards and procedures for fiat operational activities.
    • Prepare and maintain cash budget for the firm and propose monthly cash and liquidity movements
    • Facilitating new product launches and lines of business with robust risk operational process design, infrastructure, and managed financial risks to protect the interests of all our stakeholders.
    • Collaborating closely with internal partners to ensure end to end process flows are performed according to regulatory requirements and internal controls/processes.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Holds a bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics, CFA or FRM holder will be a plus.
    • 5+ years full-time experience in treasury, banking, payments industry, or related field .
    • Previous experience of managing treasury operation team, able to identify issues and make time-sensitive decisions.
    • Understanding and experience of full-suit of treasury operations including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.
    • Advanced excel/spreadsheet skills and have worked with various banking portals and treasury management systems.
    • Have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Self-motivated and creative problem-solver and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
    • Interest in the cryptocurrency and web3 ecosystems and how they interact with the traditional finance industry.
