About The Role
We are looking for Senior Organization Performance Management Associate who will be focus on managing employee performance, organization development and other employee development programs within an organization. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the performance review is aligned with the company's goals and budget, while also attracting, retaining, and motivating talent.
What You Will Do
- Managing end to end performance management life cycle and administration
- Analyzing compensation data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations regarding compensation adjustments, benefits changes, and other reward-related matters.
- Collaborating with the manager to develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent by creating training needed by the top talent
- Supporting the manager in doing organizational performance management
What We Are Looking For
- Proven work experience as a Performance Management, Talent Management, Organizational Development with 4+ years of experience.
- Have a basic knowledge in the design and implementation of performance-based compensation & benefits design.
- Have some knowledge about Mercer / WTW / KF HayGroup position evaluation and benchmarking methodology.
- Proven track records in managing of various strategic projects, getting things done with minimum manager’s supervision
- Strong in Project Management skills
- Strong in stakeholder management
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Strong communication in English
