Head of Client Solutions
The Head of Client Solutions leads all commercial, strategic, and operational activities for the Client Solutions team. The team is responsible for ensuring that Stitch products are integrated correctly with clients. This involves working closely with the client’s development team to implement the solutions, ensuring a smooth launch and maintenance post-go-live.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead commercial, strategic, and operational activities within the Client Solutions team.
- Client Solutions Management: Oversee pre- and post-sale technical implementation processes, acting as a bridge between sales, onboarding, engineering, and customers.
- Market Analysis: Utilise customer and industry insights to inform product and technology decisions, driving innovation and competitive advantage solutions, defining and monitoring quarterly goals.
- Tool and Solution Development: Develop tools and solutions to improve developer experience and create bespoke integrations for key customers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Fraud, Support, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure a smooth implementation and go-live, informed product decisions, and efficient delivery of payments solutions.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of product experience in driving & identifying product opportunities, particularly for early-stage businesses.
- 5+ years of leadership and organisational management experience.
- Empathy for customer objectives and pain points (i.e. the ability to walk in a customer's shoes and understand their biggest problems).
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
- Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts quickly (advantageous: a track record of success in financial technology or technology startup)
