Systems Administrator
The Systems Administrator uses their technical expertise to perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs, which include computer installations and upgrades, security maintenance, routine automation, and technical support for Stitch’s employees. The Systems Administrator reports to the Director of Security

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of IT systems
- Administration of endpoint device management and security agents
- Ensure endpoints are updated with security patches
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by assessing the impact of issues, prioritising problems, running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, and prioritising problems.
- Perform internal desktop and helpdesk support
- Create and maintain a scalable enterprise access system, and become team members' go-to point of contact for access requirements and issues
- Full endpoint life cycle management for all user devices from onboarding to offboarding
- Responsible for seamless on-site office and events networking
- Contribute to fulfilling PCI and ISO27001 certification security requirements
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent working experience
- Minimum of 3 years working as a systems administrator
- Willingness to learn and find your own answers
- Understanding of secure configuration
- Windows and/or macOS experience
- Working knowledge of networking protocols
